Double Debug logs with incomplete information

Description

Using the SVN.

Output directory automatically creates 2 debug logs. agate-debuglog.txt and debuglog.txt

I am using the Release configuration.

The debug log has a good portion cut off at the end.

This is from using the debug build of OpenTK, which is the version of OpenTK included in the SVN. When an AgateLib release is done, a release version of OpenTK will be included instead.

Released version of OpenTK 1.0 is now being used.
